HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED IN CUSTOMIZING?

You'll see areas for filling in client details (such as their name), adding links (for resources or scheduling), or attaching documents. Simply tweak the overall flow and voice to match your business, if needed, then use them again and again.
What is involved in integration?
There is little to no integration involved. If you want to go the easy route, you could keep your templated emails accessible on your desktop, then copy-paste as needed into client emails.
If you prefer, you could instead add your emails as "templates" in your Gmail account or client mailing platform, such as Dubsado. This makes it easy to pull them up and personalize them each time you interact with a client. (This is how we run custom projects at O&B, and they're such a time-saver!)
