HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED IN CUSTOMIZING?
Customizing the template itself takes very little time at all. Simply add your logo, your brand photos, and change the colors or fonts, if you wish. This can be done in 1-2 hours.
However, since the Project Proposal is custom to each client, the content will need personalizing (scope, creative direction, timeline, investment) to match the project. We predict 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the project.
Do I need to have my own project photos?
Since this resource is largely inspirational, having your own project photos is helpful but not essential. It is more important that you find imagery that feels aligned with what each client is looking for — just as you normally would when creating a client's inspiration board or moodboard.
What is involved in integration?
There is very little integration involved with this template. The Project Proposal can be shared live (if you present in-person or virtually) and/or downloaded as a PDF to be shared via email or in their client portal.
