It depends on the email. Some of these emails — like those for filling an open spot — require little to no customization at all. Simply personalize to the recipient (or not) and send.
Others, like the project reveal or roundup newsletter, require you to fill in the content to match your brand. You have the structure and instructions to help you not overthink it — so it should go quickly.
You can set up your emails for a full quarter in just one workday sprint or gradually over a week. You're always welcome to reach out to us if you feel stuck.
Do I need to have my own project photos?
It certainly helps, but project and brand photography are not required to use these email templates. You will still be able to send beautiful, valuable, and strategic newsletters if you choose to source from stock photos.
What is involved in integration?
There is very little integration involved with these templates. Simply edit our Flodesk designs and schedule, or create your own designs in a similar email platform and copy/paste the email text over from our templates.
