HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED IN CUSTOMIZING?

It depends on the resource. The Services Guide, Sales Process Emails, and Consult Presentation are 80% done for you. Make your design updates, adjust any details to match your studio's procedures, and they're ready. (We estimate they can be done within a week.)

The Project Proposal template will require a bit more editing, since it gets personalized to each client. You'll add inspiration images and customize the project scope, as appropriate.

Note: If you ever need support or want done-for-you customization, our team is happy to help.

Do I need to have my own project photos?

YES. We highly recommend that you have at least 10-20 high-quality photos to showcase. Our templates are built to highlight your work; effective visual representation is the key to making the most out of them. The provided stock photos may be used.

What is involved in integration?

There is very little integration involved with these templates. The resources can be downloaded from Canva and sent to your clients as an attached or linked PDF via email.

How do THESE templates compare to a custom option?

Let's look at it from three angles: quality, time, and investment. From a quality perspective, anything custom will, of course, be more attuned to your business. However, these templates come close, thanks to our deep well of experience.

From a time perspective, customizing a template is significantly faster — think less than 1 week versus 4-6 weeks for custom. Our templates are also a significantly smaller investment: $750 compared to the $3k-$5k we charge to create these 4 pieces custom.
